Payment Methods: I accept all major credit cards. Please note that if you use a credit card without going through paypal shipping process will be a little longer, your order will not be processed until your payment has been cleared which is between 2-3 business days. I accept credit/debit through paypal. I also accept post office money orders (only) and cash, NO PERSONAL CHECKS please and NO cashiers checks or money orders unless its a post office money order.
Shipping: Items are shipped within 5-7 days (unless otherwise specified) through USPS first class. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out. Shipping for regular first class is FREE anywhere in the US. Shipping process all depends on how fast I receive payment and everything I need to process your order. For faster shipping please check your email often after you have placed your order in case I have a question about your order. Please make sure I have a valid email address for you and always check your junk mail or spam folders as well as your inbox. If I do not receive all the requested information your order will be delayed until I can reach you! Please be patient with the shipping time as each item is handmade. If you would like your order within a specific time please send me an email request as I am always willing to accomodate any special requests. I have priority and overnight shipping available for an additional charge, if you would like to use those methods please choose them at time of checkout. I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail, delivery confirmation numbers only come with priority and overnight packages.

Return Policy: If not satisfied you may return the item(s) within 10 days for a full refund ONLY accepted on items that are not personalized. I do NOT accept returns on anything that is personalized or digital files, unless there is a printing error on my part. So please check all proofs that are emailed to you. If returning, buyer is responsible for shipping charges. If you paid for extra shipping services this will not be refunded only the cost of your items will be refunded to you.
